Third-Party Services
We use WhatsApp to communicate with you about your order — any information you share there is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy. Product images are hosted through Cloudinary, our media storage provider. We do not sell or share your information with anyone else.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us. Since ordering happens through a direct WhatsApp conversation rather than a stored checkout form, we never hold your payment details on our servers.
Your Rights
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. You can also clear your cart, wishlist, comparison list, and recently viewed history at any time directly from those pages — no request needed, since that data lives only in your browser.
